Facilities

This is a fully furnished and equipped one bedroom Apartment on the second floor overlooking the beach and the walkway where the main restaurants and bars are situated in Praia da Rocha.

In addition there is a sleeper couch in the lounge which makes up into a second double bed and there is a single sleeper as well. The Apartment comfortably sleeps 4, but can accommodate a 5th person.

The Apartment comes with free inside garage parking for 1 car, plus cable TV with 140 channels and free unlimited wi-fi. The Apartment is cleaned before and after your visit at no extra charge.

Here is a full description of the facilities:

Bedroom - double bed with crisp clean duvet and bedding; sliding door exit to a private verandah, bedside cabinets and side lights, large sliding door clothing cupboards and shelves, hangars, fully airconditioned if required. For longer stays you would be responsible for re-washing the bedding in the washing machine provided. The dirty linen and towels will be washed by us at the end of your stay at no extra charge.

Verandahs

 The Apartment has two verandahs - one outside the bedroom and another outside the lounge/living space.

The verandahs have sweeping views of the sea, beach and front promenade - the road and walkway with dozens of restaurants and bars along it's width.

We have chairs and a table outside so you can sit and enjoy the fresh air, eat your meal, sip cocktails and watch the people go by. Take one of our umbrellas with you to the beach.

There is a vibrant night life in Praia da Rocha in season so you are always only a few steps away from the action, or something tasty to eat or drink.

Kitchen 
Fully equipped kitchen for self catering with large fridge, microwave, stove plates, kettle, washing machine, blender machine, toaster and cutlery, plates/crockery and pots to cook at home, or you can enjoy the delicious range of Portuguese and International cooking outside at one of the many restaurants. There is also a vacuum cleaner, broom and mop and cleaning equipment, iron and ironing board.

Bathroom
The bathroom and shower is clean and clean towels are provided. For longer stays you would be responsible for re-washing the towels in the washing machine.

Lounge

Comfortable sitting area where you can relax and watch TV or even catch the sea view from the lounge, dining area or kitchen. The couch unfolds into a double sleeper bed and there is an additional single sleeper. The cable TV has 140 channels and the wi-fi router allows free unlimited internet data so you can upload your favourite holiday photos to social media or friends.
